Brewing Apres Ski Cold IPA

For this year’s International Women’s Day, the women from the FMB team joined the brewers to help brew and take part in this Pink Boots Society collaboration. This Cold IPA features the Pink Boots hop blend and the Aprés Ski lager yeast from our friends at Yeast Canada Innovation. And what is a cold IPA? A cold IPA is an IPA brewed with a lager yeast and fermented at a cooler temp. The result is a clean, crisp beer with a hop punch of tropical and berry and citrus notes. IBU: 65 Crafted in Hinton, AB
