West coast pilsners are the talk of the town and we wanted to give it a try as well. We teamed up with our friends at 450 North out of Indiana and brewed this very crisp take on the style! European hops in the boil and dry hopped with Strata and Motueka creates a beer that initially makes you think it's an IPA although the crisp malt base and finish makes it drink like a lager.
