Slovak collaboration. A pale, dry-fermented West Coast IPA, hopped primarily with the unusual Audacia variety, known for its aromas of blueberries, cranberries, roses, and lavender. We complemented it with the essential and timeless Simcoe, which adds further fruity and resinous notes. However! To fully complete the forest-like aroma, we added juniper, whose resinous and spicy fragrance steers the beer toward the aromatic waters of gin—or, if you prefer, borovička. Audacia, Citra & Simcoe
