Oeil De Chat

Cat's Eye is part of the new West Coast IPA trend. It combines fruity and resinous aromas with a smooth bitterness, but without the malty character. We've incorporated Comet and Centennial hops from our first selection from Crosby Hops in Oregon, as well as the experimental Anchovy cultivar developed and produced by Segal Ranch in Washington State. It develops a light body, a clear and bright appearance, notes of grapefruit and zest, and a floral and resinous finish.
