As the heart of their barrel program, and named for the original Establishment lost in the 2013 flood, this World Beer Cup Gold Medal winner is a window into their evolution as a brewery. Expect notes of black pepper, sweet citrus, and tropical fruit, carried by a firm bitterness, with a smooth finish of rocket candy and minerality.
