Our next West Coast IPA features our Beer Tender Martin's caped crusader, an ever-vigilant two-year-old pug who's celebrating his first "gotcha day" this week! This celebratory beer is golden-orange in color with aromas of citrus, sage, and pine. Under the mask, you'll find flavors of pithy grapefruit rind, earthy pine, and a quick jab of passionfruit. It's light in body but rife with an old-school dankness that pairs handsomely with the gritty streets of Gotham. An enhanced dry hop charge with Simcoe and Strata results in a dry finish that casts a long, looming shadow on the palate.
