Opuntia Mirage Sour

We’re back again with another fruit overload. Using a fairly standard base recipe, we opted to use a combination of pink guava and red prickly pear purees. The pink guava dominates with a tart tropical fruit punch profile while the red prickly pear adds some earthiness and complexity in the background. Post-fermentation we dry hopped with an ample dose of Mosaic to provide some depth of character to the finished product. Pink, hazy, and tropical fruit forward, we think we checked all the hype boxes with this release. Crafted in Edmonton AB
