We therefore decided to take several elements from the original HYPA and integrate them into the series' style, with a predominance of the original hops, namely Mosaic and Cascade. Our HYPA now showcases the American hops Mosaic, Cascade, and Citra, as well as the New Zealand hop Motueka.
