x Blindman Brewing Ballad of Simcoe West Coast IPA

It’s hard to write the type of ballad that Simcoe deserves. Would a love ballad suffice? Would a power ballad be deserved? Yes and yes. The folks at Polyrythm aren’t much for lyricism so they’re going to let their collaboration with Blindman Brewing do all the singing on this one. They blended their love of malt and hops. They used Blindman’s custom 24-2 base malt and saturated it with as much Simcoe as they possibly could. They bittered, cool pooled, dip hopped, double dry hopped and topped up in the Brite Tank.
