Japas Sawa Sudachi Sour

Sawā is the Japanese translation for “Sour”, and this is the name of the series that represents our interpretation of this refreshing style of beer. In this version of Sawa we added Sudachi, a sour citrus which is a specialty of Tokushima in Japan. Sudachi's bold, sharp, tangy flavor combined with its complex aroma, bring the perfect match for the style.
