Kölsch is their modern take on the traditional German style, brewed in honour of Escarpment Labs’ 10th anniversary (huge milestone alert!)! Brewed with Pink Boots, a Kölsch-specific yeast strain with German roots, this beer is crisp, refreshing, and delightfully dry, showcasing the yeast’s white wine–like minerality.
