Fun Fact: Cool and tasty things happen when you put wild yeast and bacteria in an environment with lots of hops and let the clock do its thing. Thanks to some innovated new-world hop products, this low-alc, tropical fruit salad i giving big pineapple and mango with a crispy, spritzy finish. It's light, it's hazy, and it is made for the session. Kinda like all those low ABV IPAs everyone is into these days, but keeping true to the Wild Things' mandate - ahead of the times.
