Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, they teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada , to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to their shared vision was Freestyle Hops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province. Crafted in Calgary, AB
