IPA

IPA. It’s an overused term these days. It now covers a broad spectrum of beers that get called IPAs for no other reason than they have contain more hops than, say, a Pilsner. Call the folks at Boxing Rock traditionalists, but they think IPAs need to be hoppy, strong, dank, and yes, a bit bitter.
