Thorn Cherry Mechalada

Inspired by classic michelada recipes in south San Diego and northern Baja, our michelada features Barrio Lager, pure tomato juice, real lime juice, ocean clam juice, worcestershire sauce, ponzu, and hot sauce. In this series, we have added seasonal fruits for a touch of sweetness that plays off the zesty flavors of the michelada. Bold, savory, and slightly spicy with the freshness from the cherry coming through at the end.
