New Zealand hops have been a recent obsession at Irrational. They find that the character they bring provides a one-of-a-kind sensory experience. In this experiment, they bring a light and sweet cracker base of malt from Hogarth Malt with their floor malted Pilsner and Vienna to let the hops shine. Using a heavy hand of Superdelic with Nelson Cryo and Riwaka supporting, you'll find this combination particularly intriguing. Superdelic tends to bring a perceived sweetness to the beer that works well with amplifying the fruity and tropical hop aromas one expects. Notes of ripe pomelo, tropical berry, and classic southern hemisphere diesel. Crafted in Edmonton AB
