Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Biscotti Stout • 14.03% ABV • We've joined up with our friends from Virginia's House of Stout, Commonwealth Brewing Company, to create a bourbon barrel-aged biscotti-inspired beer! Built on a crispy chocolate malt base with hazelnut flour for a nuanced depth of flavor, this beer celebrates the more austere side of the pasty stout spectrum with savory undertones of softly bitter Baker's chocolate and subtle raisiny sweetness with a dry, lingering finish.
