Lil Root

A scaled down version of our bodacious, mostly all Simcoe hopped DIPA called “The Root” with a little squeeze of Superdelic. We brought the alcohol in this beer down to pale ale territory, but kept the hopping rate the same and built a malt base that delivers big, satisfying creaminess for a beer with this quaint an ABV. It is a delightful little beer that keeps you coming back for more. Dripping in tropical fruit and soft citrus it’s hard not to love this little guy.
