Arcana / Wunderkammer Biermanufaktur

Arcana is a single decoction Czech-style lager brewed in collaboration with our dear friend Vasili from Wunderkammerbier in Elmore, Vermont. To our knowledge, this was the first ever decoction lager brewed on the Twelve Percent system! It features a blend of Bohemian floor-malted barley, a blend of our favorite European malts, Czech Saaz hops, yeast, soft water, and time. The result is a delightful sensory experience with a gentle balance of sturdy maltiness and the zip of Saaz hops.
