We have our 2nd solera out of our Long Funky Streaks Brett Grisette Foeder. This time around the oak character is a touch softer than the first batch. We dry hopped this version with 100% cashmere hops. This adds some subtle citrus and stonefruit notes that compliment the funky bouquet our house brett blend brings to the table.
