A take on the west coast IPA's of yore but modernized with Apollo, Eclipse and Azacca hops, which all provide a bitter backbone balanced with big mango, grapefruit and papaya notes. Tons of Golden Naked Oats give a nice smoothness to the mouthfeel while other specialty malts like carafoam and carared give great depth of flavour on the malt side balancing the hops.
