Belgian-style beer, artisanally brewed in the west of Ireland. Carnal Knowledge is a spiced wheat tripel and is named after a controversial 1971 movie. The beer is dry with notes of soft citrus, ripe banana, clove, pear and spice. We hope you like it as much as we do. All our beers are bottle conditioned. To enjoy our beer clear, store upright and pour into a glass before drinking, leaving the yeast sediment in the bottle.
