Our lead brewer Bobby (aka “Boss Tater”) spent the better part of his youth in Idaho--which brings us to THIS BEER! Hopped exclusively with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem, with 100% Idaho-grown malt for the base. Intense notes of forest pine, fresh squeezed tangerine, and tangy pineapple. Pithy PNW bitterness on the finish.
