Melange has always been about seeing how far something can go. Originally created in an effort to make full use of the fruit and the odds and ends of their barrel stock, the first few iterations brought together various saisons conditioned on second-use sour cherries first used in Cherryoperis. This year follows that same spirit. Apricots and nectarines from last year's Pomona find their way back into Melange, bringing those same fruits into a completely different setting. Bright and lightly tart, with soft apricot and nectarine throughout a dry, refreshing finish. At its core, Melange 2026 is light, easy, and approachable. A natural way into mixed-fermentation.
