Andromede New England IPA

This beer is the latest in their series of Galaxy-hopped IPAs, and this time, they've teamed up with their partners at Hops Connect and Yeast Canada to highlight the Galaxy hops from the 2024 harvest. In addition to all the Galaxy hops, they've also added Mosaic extract to amplify the fruity aromas and a Pineapple Passion yeast strain to boost the tropical notes. Expect an aromatic explosion combining ripe mango, passion fruit, pineapple, and bright citrus, supported by a resinous touch and balanced bitterness. Its silky texture and moderately dry body make it an ultra-drinkable IPA, perfect for exploring the confines of modern hopping. Crafted in Montreal, QC
