Over The Tap 2025 SLOANE West Coast Double IPA

Collaboration with Badlands Brewing Company & Yakima Chief Hops. West Coast IIPA Conditioned on American Oak, w/ Krush • Blood Brothers got together with Troy at Badlands Brewing to brew up a very unique West Coast IIPA. They wanted to find a way to incorporate oak into a Westie without oxidizing the beer in barrels. For this recipe, and to bring the oak, they disassembled several white oak barrels and submerged them into the fermentation tank for the ale to condition upon. To finish it, they dry-hopped with a load of Krush from Yakima Chief hops. The oak brings a touch of vanilla and coconut that balances perfectly with notes of stone fruit, berries and citrus from the Krush. Crafted in Toronto, ON
