Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! · Canada
West Coast IPA6.9% ABV

The concept of Morality can give rise to various interpretations and in Quebec, it has a historical link with alcohol. One thing is certain, they use an immoral amount of hops from a clever mix of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic and slightly resinous finish evoking tropical fruits and revealing a sharp bitterness. Morality was born from a collaboration with John Kimmich of The Alchemist brewery in Vermont. IBU: 100 Crafted in Montréal, QC
