For Leisure Center they've used multiple types of hop technologies with several hopping techniques to achieve very high dry-hopping rates, huge aroms, and juicy flavours. They started with heavy whirlpool additions of Ekuanot Incognito, Citra Incognito, and Citra Cryo and after the whirlpool, they performed a DIP hop which is essentially steeping the hops before pushing into the fermenter.
