DAY ZERO

A trilab with our friends from Dealbreaker in Budapest and local favs All In. A layered and complex imperial stout aged on oak, complemented by cacao nibs, coarse ground coffee beans and pure vanilla extract. Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, Malted Rye, Red Rye Crystal, Brown Malt, Premium English Caramalt, Chocolate Malt and Roasted Barley make a rich, complex, malty stout base, brown sugar in the boil adds a molasses touch and a little Simcoe hop addition balances it all out. Dark and thick, extremely smooth, a slight roasty bitterness, molasses, toffee and biscuity malt character, super rich chocolate and coffee on the nose with a little spicy vanilla and oak on the finish.
