Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. For this version of Dora we built on top of #84, carrying the same water profile forward, hopping it exclusively with our newest crop year Citra and a modified whirlpool. We taste notes of citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruit
