The Rare Barrel Hello Friend: Willie Willie Hazy Pale Ale

DDH Hazy Pale Ale w/ Nelson Sauvin Born out of a dual admiration for Nelson Sauvin hops and the country legend Willie Nelson, Willie Willie is a double dry-hopped pale ale packed to the brim with Nelson Sauvin from our friends @freestylehops in New Zealand. Willie Willie boasts an incredibly soft and rounded mouthfeel derived from a grist of pilsner malt, malted oats, and a touch of caramel malt. Double Dry-Hopped with lavish amounts of Nelson Sauvin, the beer expresses bright notes of passionfruit, lime zest, and white wine grape. We fermented it with a highly expressive yeast strain to give Willie Willie a pop of tropical mango, a twist of white peach, and a touch of classic country cool. Yee-haw :)
