A more modern hoppy approach to a classic English IPA; taking our house English yeast, 100% Admiral Maltings Gallagher's Best Pale Ale malt, and the classic C hops: Chinook, Columbus, and Centennial. The malt delivers toasty aromas with mildly sweet flavors of toast with honey, followed by a burst of aroma and flavors of citrus, pine, spice, and floral notes.
