Cold IPA is the antithesis of the modern trend of Hazy IPAs. The objective of a cold IPA is to be clean, crisp, and dry while providing a neutral base for a showcase of lupulin overload. To achieve this, we went with an extremely light malt bill of Hogath Malt Floor Malted Pilsner, Flaked Rice, and Dextrose fermented with Omega Yeast Lutra under a very tight regimen to provide the cleanest base imaginable. The hops here take the lead with a heavy hand of HBC-586 in both T90 and Cryo form with an ample amount of Mosaic to balance it out. Crafted in Edmonton AB
