De Oude Cam Gueuze

The 'Oude Geuze De Cam' has been ready to drink since the spring of 1999. This gueuze is filled in bottles of 37.5 and 75 cl and has an alcohol content of 6.0%. For the Oude Geuze, young lambic, with a minimum of one year of maturation, and old lambic, with a minimum of two years of maturation, are mixed according to the taste of the Geuze blender. Once in the bottle, the final maturation phase follows. The result is a beer of spontaneous fermentation with a typical taste and beautiful foam head.
