Dryhopped Sake Sour

This light bodied wheat ale was first soured then dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, a NZ hop with a distinctive fruity white wine flavour and aroma. Using a combination of their house ale strain and Japanese Sake yeast further pushes the fruity wine character, imparting lemon peel, honey dew, gala apples and tannic white grape.
