We happened to select the same lot of Mosaic from the Yakima valley for our 2020 crop year Mosaics as our friends at Pinthouse, and we thought we’d celebrate by brewing a beer with them. Art & Agriculture celebrates the connection between farmer and brewer, and also the dankest hops out there. We brewed this beer with tons of oats, wheat, spelt, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. Bright, tropical, citrus pith, and a hint of dankness.
