Dokkaebier Experimental Batch #35: Dokkaebier Saison

Exp #35 Dokkaebier Saison is a good brew down to the fundamentals. We put a lot of effort finding the right balance of ingredients, allowing our strain of yeast to shine through the beer, and fermenting it warm to produce notes of pear and spices in the esters. Its bold and fragrant flavors pair well with a lot of delicious food choices, from smokey and seasoned meats, ramen, malatang, Thai curries and even Mexican moles and chorizo. But it's not so sweet and dark in flavor where it can easily overpower some dishes like a stout would. Grab it before its gone!
