Sepia

Sepia is an Amber Biere de Garde brewed with our friends at Heavy Duty in Copenhagen. It represents our mutual commitment to beer flavored beer and classic styles. It pours a beautiful mahogany-amber color with a tan white head. it has notes of dates, toffees, the crust of well baked sourdough, hints of baker's chocolate, black pepper, and a subtle vinousness.
