Parallel 49 Brewing Thunder Chicken Hazy Double IPA

This double dry-hop hazy DIPA was brewed to feature newer fruit-forward hop varieties, HBC 1019 from Yakima and Tango from Hallertau, Germany. The potent aroma of peach fuzz, passion fruit, and orange with a hint of cream, apple, and berries from a large dry-hop doses of HBC 1019 and Tango. Thick haze with a creamy fulfilling mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness enhances the juiciness. Medium bitterness to keep it balanced. Dangerously easy-drinking for the high ABV.
