Coming Soon - Rose Piquette Sour

This one tastes closer to a fresh natty wine than a beer. Pardon me, low intervention. It's a nice little sour beer conditioned on many hundreds of kg of freshly pressed grape pomace from Raj at Ursa Major’s Stoneface Vineyard, a nice mix of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gamay. There’s some nice notes of nectarines and raspberries, honey, or maybe bitting into a good pinky lady apple. It is nice and zippy Crafted in North Vancouver, BC
