Humble Forager Existential Bliss Barrel Aged Stout

We employed a technique out of Forager Brewey’s stout brewing catalog and put together a massive American double stout base designed for extended barrel aging. After 19 months slumbering in oak, this blissful beast was blended from a selection of barrels sourced from Buffalo Trace, Bairdstown, Heaven Hill, Willet Rye and Templeton Rye. We then took another Forager process and conditioned on 5 growing regions of vanilla beans from Vanuatu, India, Uganda, Madagascar and Ecuador layered with 5 growing regions of cocoa nibs from Bolivia, Peru, Ivory Coast, Tanzania and Fiji.
