Goosehead Pilsner

If you grew up in Canada, chances are you remember Heritage Moments; those iconic, history-packed PSAs from the ’90s. Consider this their own little bid to become part of that Canadian story. When True History launched the “Canadian Pilsner Project” and asked Bellwoods to take part, they were all in. The goal? Brew a classic pilsner using 100% Canadian ingredients (from barley to hops to yeast) celebrating the best of what our country has to offer, one crisp sip at a time. Their take is Goosehead: a clean, refreshing, and seriously patriotic pilsner brewed entirely from homegrown ingredients — malt from Alberta, Isar yeast from Escarpment Labs in Ontario, and Saaz hops from Myrtle Meadows of British Columbia.
