Introducing Doppelgänger, a Bavarian-style Doppelbock conditioned on American oak. Brewed in collaboration with the lager wizards at Slow Hand Beer Co. This beer is very malty, but not overly sweet/cloying. It hits a perfect level of bread-y, toffee-y, toasted malty-good-ness, with a bit of oak at the edges delivering a bit of vanilla, woodyyness, and a mild spice. The finish is delightfully crisp in that way you can only get from lagering things right and giving the beer the time it needs. Crafted in Vancouver, BC
