2022 World Beer Cup Gold Medal beer in the American Pilsner category. Dieguito is brewed with German Pilsner malt and flaked rice, hopped with Simcoe, and Citra in both boil and fermenter. A clean lager base beer gets paired up with lots of tropical and citrus flavor from lots of Simcoe and Citra hops.
