Pilsner malt base with oats and wheat, soured with lactobacillus plantarum and helveticus, blended with cherry, raspberry and black currant purees, finished with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Deep red, juicy and tart with a fruity sweetness and a bright tangy acidity. Aromas of red berries, fresh cherry, zesty lemon, and hints of maple and vanilla.
