Bow Tie-PA Brut IPA

This one is a tip o’ the mug to friend and intrepid pint pourer Dave! Bent Stick may be a few years late on the Brut IPA trend, but the dry champagne-like character of this beer feels oh-so fitting to accompany the bow-tied stylings of his music project; Von Bieker. Bow-Tie-PA uses enzymes in the recipe to help ferment more sugars than usual to leave a very light body. They've also selected hops that are known for fruity white grape notes in hopes that this dry, effervescent, hoppy treat makes your slurping experience feel a bit more refined. This beer was brewed this with a New Year celebration in mind, but hope you enjoy it in whatever it is you might be celebrating; even if it’s just spending time with good friends like Dave.
