Wings of Fortune Golden Ale

When moving from their original brewery location up on Fort Road to their place on 78th Ave, they dubbed the new spot “The Plum Sauce Palace”, as it is the former home of Wings foods. You know the fortune cookies and necessary packets of sauce that arrive with your meal any time you order a feast of chicken balls and ginger beef? These among many other products were once made right where you sit in the taproom! When they approached their now-landlords with the idea of a collaboration, they were enthusiastic in providing us with as many fortune cookies as we needed to pile into the mash tun. This golden ale balances a toasty malt character with hints of vanilla from the fortune cookies, as well as what we hope to be a dusting of good luck. Crafted in Edmonton, AB
