Sillon / Badlands

We chose to hop this beer with the Nelson Sauvin and Superdelic cultivars. For the first time at Nano—and following a recommendation from Troy at Badlands—we also supplemented the blend with Wai-iti Cold Press Hop Juice, extracted from fresh, cold-pressed Wai-iti cones from the 2025 harvest. Sourced from a single plot at the Freestyle Hops farm in Tapawera, this batch of Wai-iti displays aromas of ripe stone fruit, zesty citrus, and white flowers.
