Between the Light is an Unfiltered Double-Dry Hopped DIPA, which highlights two of our favorite domestic hops, Citra and Amarillo. Malted Oats and Flaked Wheat create a delicate, smooth body; while our house yeast creates a citrusy ester profile. Think Peach Marmalade, Florida Mangos, and fresh squeezed orange juice.
