Luuk is a farmhouse ale inspired by 14th century Dutch Koyt beer and brewed with a traditional grain bill of 45% oats, 20% wheat and 35% barley. Using Skagit Valley Malts malted black oats, Luuk has a creamy and full body and presents an aroma of fresh dandelion and notes of satsuma peels and orange creamsicles.
